LivingHomes RK1 model, designed by Ray Kappe, is a two story 5 bedroom 4 bath modern home with simple lines, open spaces and abundant glass. This home features multiple decks, indoor - outdoor spaces and a roof-top green space.

The RK2 designed by Ray Kappe is a single story, glass clad 3 bedroom home. Features include an interior garden in the central living space, multiple decks and abundant light.

The RK4.1 is a simple, sleek modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home designed to accomodate narrow lots. This home features multiple deck spaces, floor to ceiling windows and two-story ceiling height living spaces.

LivingHomes model RK5.1 is a single story, L-shaped modern home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The angular configuration of this home creates a private patio outdoor space. This home features simple, open spaces and walls of glass.

FlatPak House

FlatPak is a pre-engineered modular home design system. Using concrete, glass, metal or wood modular "menu" components, the FlatPak system allows home builders to create a wide variety of custom layout designs. Each FlatPak is an unique custom design. FlatPak is builder friendly, and offers steep discounts for bulk purchases. The Flatpak House was created by Charlie Lazor, a founding partner of Blue Dot furniture.

CleverHomes designs and manufactures modern prefabricated model and semi-custom homes. Using fabricated, panelized components CleverHomes offers high quality, durable and efficient homes that are easily shipped and assembled.

The simple, functional CH Mini serves as an add-on structure or small vacation home. Features include an entry deck and large glass bi-fold entry doors.

The CH1 and CH1.5 models offer open, sensible design with flowing living spaces, lofted ceilings and unique corner windows. Model CH1.5 trades a second floor bedroom for a rooftop deck / green space.

The CH5 model features open, lofted spaces with a glass garage door framing the main living space. An integral garage with roof-top deck / green space is a plus.
